It has recently come to my attention that the use of “Inc” or “Incorporated” in your name while not actually having filed for an incorporation is illegal.
I wanted to make certain that I am in no way trying to mislead any visitors, clients, or others about the status of this website. My original intention was to create a place for my personal portfolio, and offer my services. I thought that Aken Inc was just a swell name (Aken is a nickname of mine, by the way).
With that said, I’m in the process of creating a new identity for my business, which will, of course, mean a change of domain. It’s unfortunate that the few links that are out there will end up being broken, but a few is better than a lot.
